  2. Now 1 cup of hung curd is ready, take out from cloth, transfer in a bowl, add sugar powder, elaichi jaifal powder, charoli, chopped dryfruits, saffron, mix well.
  3. Keep in the fridge for at least 1 hour to cool and enhance the taste of all ingredients in shrikhand..
  4. Ready to serve. Serve chilled in a bowl, garnish with some chopped dryfruits,  charoli and few strands of saffron.
