- Add moong Sprout, gud, tamarind pulp and a cup of water.. mix well and pressure cooker for 2 to 3 whistles
- Let pressure release and cool for some time, moong sabji or usal is ready
- Garnish with some chopped coriander, finely chopped onion, lemon slice and top it with some sev
