  1. Brown the onion
  2. Add the tomatoes and carrots
  3. Add the water and leave to boil
  4. Then add the rice and leave to cook as you prepare for stew
  5. Boil the peas for 10_15min but don't overcook
  6. When they are ready,drain the Water
  7. Prepare the onion,tomatoes and carrot
  8. Add the potatoes and stir well until they are ready
  9. Then add the cooked green peas and add little water
  10. And simmer for sometime
  11. When ready serve with rice and enjoy
