- Get 500 gm potato (cut into cubes)
- Get 150 gm ground beef

- Heat oil in another pan and cook scallion for a while. And then add ground beef and carrots and cook until the beef is cooked.
- Add into the mashed potato and add salt and pepper to taste (I use paprika instead). Add parsley and mix well.
- Break one egg in a bowl and scramble it using a fork.
- Heat oil in a pan. Form a small ball of the mixed mashed potato and flatten it like a patty and dip into the egg before frying it in a pan with hot oil. Make sure to have a plate ready with kitchen towel to absorb oil.
- Carefully flip the patty by making sure the lower side is properly cooked to prevent it from breaking while you flip it.
- This can either be eaten hot or cold, as you wish.
