Instructions to make Shahi turai:
  1. Take a pan add oil, cinnamon, cumin seed,bay leaf,green chilli,cloves,peppercorn and saute for 1 min than add ginger garlic paste, finely chopped onions and saute for 2 min than add finely chopped tomatoes add salt in it saute for 2 to 3 mins let it cool,make a paste in mixer and sieve it in a bowl.
  2. Again take a pan,put oil in it.peel turai and cut them medium size.Saute it for 6 min till become soft. Take a pan,put oil in it,add cumin seed,paste,red chilli powder, coriander powder,turmeric powder,mix it well,add milk and saute for 5 min thsn add turai in it and saute for 2 min and add karuri methi and garnish with cream.

Now add chopped tomatoes and cook till they turn soft. Pressure cook it till vegetable is cooked. Shahi Chicken or Shahi Murgh is easy chicken curry made with mild spices and cooked in creamy almond, cashew paste. If you don't like spicy chicken dishes then this curry is wonderful choice. Unlike other chicken curry this shahi murgh is minimal spicy and taste little sweet and sour due to curd, almonds, coconut, cashews etc.
