I needed to make savory paniyaram with the varagu that was mendacity in pantry to be completed.   3. Now heat 1tsp oil add mustard as they crackle add chana dal curry leaves switch off gas add the tadka over to fermented batter.
  4. Now mix all coriander, chilli, beans and carrots. Mix it well. Batter should be semi thick in consistency.
  5. Heat paniyaram pan pour the mixture apply oil lower the heat cover and cook one side.after 5 minute flip them and cook both sides.
  6. Serve hot with coconut chutney.

Millets Kara Paniyaram (Thinai, Varagu, Saamai) with Green Capsicum Pottukadalai Chutney, a healthy combination of millets and mudakathan keerai in kuzhi paniyaram.
