- Melt dark & white chocolate in the microwave temper it and keep aside now dip half portion of golgappa with dark chocolate and other half with white. And add sprinklers on it. And refrigerate until set.
- Combine whipped cream with the kiwi, apple, pomegranate, pear, mangoes and chat masala. Mix well and keep aside.
- Now fill the golgappa with the ready fruits whipped cream mixture.
- Blend together vanilla ice-cream, milk & thandai powder till smooth.
- Pour the prepared mixture in individual shot glass and place chocolate galgappa on top of shot glasses then garnish it with the cherry on top of whipped cream.Ready to serve.
