  2. Get 4 cloves garlic
  3. Take 1 pc Onion
  4. Get 2-3 pcs Finger chillies

  6. Get 2 tsp. Oyster sauce
  7. Get 3-5 tsp. Mayonnaise
  8. Get 3 tsp. Oil
  9. Get 1 cup water

  11. Make ready 4 pcs calamansi

Add the oyster sauce,mix well and then add the egg. Mix in liquid seasoning, hot sauce and calamansi juice. Place on hot plate/cast-iron skillet and top with mayonnaise. This tuna sisig version is not from the can but from grilled fresh tuna or frozen tuna steak.

Instructions to make Corned Tuna Sisig:
  1. Add oil in the pan and sauté the garlic until brown and crisp. Get some browned garlic for garnishing.
  2. Put in San Marino Corned tuna and gradually add the water turning the heat high.
  3. Add the oyster sauce,mix well and then add the egg. Make sure to beat it. Just continue mixing it and add the mayonnaise. Lower the heat.
  4. For finale add all the garnishing, onion, garlic and chillies! Sprinkle some salt and pepper (optional). Squeeze the calamansi and voila ready to serve!

You can easily stock it in your freezer, for quick cooking. Just thaw it when about to use, specialy on a busy workweek.
