- Now Mix ⅓ cup of ghee with 3 tsp all-purpose flour
- After an hour mix the ghee and flour mixture with the dough and make balls out of the dough. Cover them for some time.
- After some time roll the parathas and place the each paratha between 2 butter papers.
- Freeze for 1 hour.
- After an hour cook the paratha on a non-stick pan without butter or oil.
- Remove from Pan, Serve and enjoy.
