- Spoon to a serving dish once the mixture is set. Serve with your favorite toppings.
Turn off heat once the mixture starts simmering. The Tofu Pudding will set once cooled to room temperature. Pour warm soy milk and vanilla extract into agar-agar mixture and stir to combine. Turn off heat when mixture comes to a boil. Strain mixture into a large pot with lid.
