Steps to make Sprouted Black Chana Usal:
- First grate the coconut and dry roast coconut, whole garammasala, coriander seeds,1/2 cummin, dry red chillies and keep aside
- In same pan add little oil and fry onion till soft and it gets turn into pink colour.
- Now take a jar add roasted dry coconut and onion and grind to a fine paste.
- Boil sprouted black chana with little salt or take one whistle in cooker.
- In a pan heat oil add cummin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and let it splutter
- Now add 1finely chopped onion fry till light golden brown
- Add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft
- Now add turmeric Powder, red chilli Powder,amchoor powder and grinded masala cook for a minute
- Add water how much thick or thin you want.
- Take a boil, add boiled black chana,and salt check seasoning. And cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Finally add coriander leaves and off the gas.
