- Add all spices and saute it. Add 2 tbsp water to it so masala doesn't burn. Add chopped tomato to it.
- Cover and cook. Roast it nicely. Add roasted mangodi. Saute it. Add 1 cup water. Cook until done.
- Enjoy hot with khichdi or paratha.
