- Add this rajma mixture in the onion pan and saute for 4 - 5 mins.
- Once cooled,shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.
- Shallow fry in hot ghee / clarified butter until red and crispy.
- Flipping once in between.
- Always cook in medium flame
