  1. Cut alambi (type of mushroom)in slices and cut patato in square shape
  2. Finely chopped onion and tomato
  3. Heat pan put oil heat for 1 mint add curry leaves,crushed garlic and sorted nicely
  4. Add chopped onion and cook for 3 to 4 mints till become golden pink,add tomato mix nicely till tomato become smashed
  5. Add cocount+ onion paste mix for 1 mint add spices turmeric powder,red chilli powder mix nicely
  6. Add cut patatos and sort for 1 mint
  7. Add alambi sabbji,put little water and cook for 10 mints.Once it's fully cooked add lemon juice and salt
  8. Ready to eat garma garam sabjji😋 now a days this type of mushrooms find very rare.but in taste it's like noonveg😍.Very tasty👌for cooking taking less time

This masala can be used to prepare other types of rice like Masala Bhath, Kolambi bhath (prawns rice) and also for chicken curry. Back home, we use to only get the mushrooms during the July - August months, when they are naturally grown and available in the markets.
