- Get 8 se 10 lal sabut mirch

Nari, kardi or water spinach saag is a seasonal leafy veggitable which is usually available around July - August. This saag needs a thorough cleaning as it may be infected with micro insects thriving in monsoons. Kadhi chawal is sour dahi kadhi prepared with curd, besan, masalas and given a tadka of dried red chilly and served with besan pakodas. Goes very well salad, roti and any sabzi.

- Ek bowl me besan ko achy se chan lein ab is me spices add karein sat dahi mila lein or achy se phent lein
- Ab is me lehsan adrk paste or dhniya add karein
- Ab ek medium size ptela lein atta jis se chanty hy chni lein abbis ko pani ke sat chanty jaye
- Achy se chnty jay jab chan jaye or adha ptela pani ho jye to is ko chuly pe pkny ke liye rakh dein sat hi is me hari mirch or onion bhi dal dein or ubal any tak spoon chalty rehn
- Ubal any ke baad 1 ghnty low flame per cook hony dein ghrdhi ho jye itna paken krdi jitni pkti hy utni hi mazedar bnti hy 3 se 4 ghnty tak pani dal dal kar pakty rehen
- Ab baqi ka 250 gram besan ek bowl me nikal kar us me spices add karein podena bhi sat or achy se phent lein ke pakorda mixtur tyar ho jye
- Khrdi me oil gram karein or pakorde tal kar khrdi me milty jain
- Ab bachy huy oil se bhagr lagadein lal sabut mirch krdi ptta or zera mazedar se krdi tyar hy
- Dish out karein or chapti ke sat serve karein

Kadhi pakora is often made at our home, but I just could not manage myself to take step by step photos and thats why it took me so long to share this delicious Punjabi kadhi recipe. We love kadhis, be it plain or with pakoras. At home we call it kadhi chawal, because the kadhi is had with plain rice or jeera rice. you can also have kadhi with roti but I always prefer to have kadhi with rice.
