  2. For tikha mitha pani take a jar add meant leaves Ginger garlic and chilli, water, jaggery, black salt, pani puri masala, lemon juice and grind it well untill it looks soft puree with lot of watery consistancy.
  3. For Garlic paste take a mixture jar add garlic, salt, little oil, 2tbsp water and grind well.
  4. Now all things are ready it's time to assemble your gollgappa.
  5. Take one puri break from the middle add potatoes mixture, garlic paste, pomegranate seeds, sev sauce and have it.
