  17. Prepare 1 cup Baisan
  18. Prepare 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  19. Make ready 1/2 Tsp Salt
  20. Make ready 1/2 Tsp Haldi
  21. Take 1 Tbsp Dahi
  22. Prepare Oil to fry

Karri (​Eucalyptus diversicolor) is a beautiful, tall forest giant found in the Warren region near the southern coast of Western Australia (WA). The Warren region was named after the Warren River and created to encompass the karri forest although a few remnant populations exist just outside the region. Karri was the first born child of Dick Peterson & Carole Nichelin. Karri has helped thousands of schools and other community organisations collect funds from parents and members, and has removed hundreds of millions of Rands from school campuses across the country.

Steps to make Karri:
  1. Mix baisan in water.blend well, there should be no lumps. Beat dahi nicely.mix both together very well. With hand or with beater or blender add red chilli, haldi, salt in mixture. Take a heavy bottom pot. Add all the mixture in it. Sliced one onion and add in pot. Add 4 cup water in it.Give a boil with continuous stirring.and let it cook on medium to low heat for 2-3 hours.stir in between to avoid lumps & sticking on bottom. Taste it and adjust seasoning.
  2. Make bhagar with generous amount of oil and add sliced onion, sabut lal mirch, hari mirchain, zeera, curry pata.garnish with chop coriander, ginger julians, chaat masala.serve with rice and enjoy with cookpad.
  3. To make Pakooras. Mix baisan with water with moderate consistency.mix all masala and dahi in baisan.add finally chop onion, chillies,coriander in batter. Fry pakooras in oil and add directly into karri pot. Let them cook on dum for 10-15 min. Then give bhagar, garnish, serve with rice and enjoy with cookpad.
