- Add green chillies paste turmeric powder and saute for 10 seconds.

- Add boiled potato, mix, then add salt and chat masala, mix.
- 5 Add chopped corriandar leaves and curry leaves and mix well.
- For Batter: - - 1. Add besan in a bowl, then add rice flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, mix all dry ingredients.

- Add small amount of water at a time and make a smooth batter.
- Frying: - 1. Cut bread slices in to a desired shape. Spread potato filling on each bread slice evenly.

- Dip potato filled bread slices in to batter and deep fry till it gets nice golden colour from both the sides.
