- Prepare 4 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Make ready 1/2 teaspoon Crushed chilli
- Take 2 pinch Soant
- Get 4 teaspoon Sugar
- Get 3 glass Cold water
- Get 2 cup Boiled cholay
- Get 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
- Take 1 teaspoon Salt

Steps to make PaniPuri:
- 1stly soak the cholay in water for 6 hours
- Take a bowl add maida,suji and salt mix it and add water in it slowly and mix until it for a chapati ata texture and then put it on a side for 1/2 hour
- On the other side take a jug add imli,black salt,soant,crushed chilli sonf, crushed and roasted zeera tatri and water mix all the ingredients well
- On other side take another jug add imli,black salt,lemon juice, crushed chilli,soant sugar,cold water
- Then take that cholay in a pateeli and add salt. cook it on high flame for 20-25 minutes when it ready filter the water and add Chaat masala and mix it
- Make a vary thin chappati of ata and cut it in circles and take a frying pan and add oil in pan and heat up and on medium flame and add one circle puri and sudden press it with spoon cook all the pori in this way
- Now the delicious Pani poori is ready❤️😋
