  21. Take 1/4 cumin powder
  22. Take 1/2 tsp kasmiri red chilli powder

Golgappa is a puff-pastry ball that's filled with mashed potatoes and chickpeas along with spicy mint/cilantro water, and sweet chutney. It is mouthwatering Indian street food that's widely popular all over India. Because of the hygiene and cleanliness issue, many people prefer making pani puri at home from scratch. Instructions to make Golgappa:
  1. First mix rava maida oil and crumble with adding oil whenever turns moist now at little by little hot water and starts to knead now. Make very small ball sized doogh roll and flatten into small disc making sure it is thin.deep fry in hot oil do not overcrowd the oil flip over once the body parts of try on medium film until it turns golden brown and place from both the sides drain of over kitchen paper to get rid of excess water puri is ready for pani puri once completely you can store.

For teekha Pani.first wash mint leaves coriander leaves and green chillies well.nowbland to smooth paste adding water as required transfer pani into a large bowl add chaat masala, Cumin powder powder,hing,salt, pani puri masala and cold water, mix well and tikha Pani is ready to enjoy with golgappa pani puri Puchka Puri and what you want to say.
  3. For khatta meetha Pani. take tamarind pulp,jaggery, boiled dates paste.now add chat masala cumin powder pepper powder chilli powder hing black salt mix well and then grind well now cook for khatta meetha Pani for 2 minutes and cool down it now ready ur meetha Pani
  4. For stuffing… In a small bowl take boiled banana,coriander,chat masala greenm chilli paste pepper powder chilli powder required salt mix well making sure everything is well combined your stuffing is ready to enjoy with pani puri.
