In a blender, add smoked Gouda to smoked milk and blend until smooth. In a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add cooked bacon, celery, mushrooms and onions. When vegetables are cooked and bacon is crisp, add flour and cook like roux. In a large saucepan, melt butter.
