The ingredients needed to make Prawn Curry:
  1. Get 250 gm prawns
  2. Take 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  3. Get 1 cup chopped baby corn, capsicum
  4. Take 8 red chilli soaked in warm water
  5. Get 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  6. Make ready 2 onion
  7. Prepare 2 tomato
  8. Take 7 tulsi leaves
  9. Make ready 2 cup coconut milk
  10. Make ready Salt
Instructions to make Prawn Curry:
  1. Make paste of onion tomato soaked red chilli, ginger garlic, tulsi and make fine paste
  2. Heat oil 1tbsp in pan and saute above paste in it.
  3. Now add all vegetables and prawns and mix it. Add salt and when it starts boiling add coconut milk and salt.
  4. Then add 1tbsp of sugar and let it cook for 5 mins.
  5. Serve it with hot steamy rice.
