- Wash and clean the fish eggs well. Add 1 pinch turmeric 1 tbsp vinegar and some salt. Mix well. Keep aside
- In a container place marinated fish eggs and steam cook it till 1 whistle
- Once cooled, remove and transfer it to a big mixing bowl. Add chopped onions, garlic, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, coriander, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and garam masala. Mix well.
- Add besan and rice flour and baking powder. Mix well. Keep aside in fridge for 20 min.
- Heat oil in pan. Take small portion of mixure. Wet palm and make balls of the mixure. Fry till crisp and golden on medium flame.
