- Take off the gas and remove it to a plate to cool,,, now knead this dough into smooth by taking oil in a plate and in your hand,,,
- Shape it up, I used doughnut tray and steam this for 20 to 25 minutes,,, garnish with cilantro leaves and sprinkle chili flacks,,,serve hot with salt, chili powder and oil
