- now heat the dosa tawa and spread dosa batter slightly thick. also spread a tsp of oil over the uttapam. cover and simmer till the uttapa gets cooked in presence of steam. - now flip the uttapa other side and cook. - finally, serve instant bread uttapa along with chutney or ketchup.
