- Strain Yoghurt in a clean Cotton Cloth or Muslin cloth and tie up to a kitchen sink tap if the weather is good and less humid. Otherwise place it in a strainer well squeezed keeping a bowl underneath it to collect the Whey. This should be kept in the refrigerator overnight for best results just to keep it fresh and unspoilt.
- Next day, blend juicy and ripe Mangoes to a smooth puree or pulp and mix it in the strained Yoghurt or Hung Curd. Add Sugar only if required. Using of juicy and ripe Mangoes will definitely enhance the taste. And there will also be absolutely no need of adding any extra Sugar too.
- Serve chilled with lots of slivered or chopped Mixed Nuts of your choice. Enjoy!
