Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them as kebabs. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the kebabs until they turn golden & crisp. Corn Kebab is ready to eat. Serve hot with sauce or mint chutney.

- Grind corn coarsely in mixijar.
- Take in mixing bowl mash the potatoes add chopped onion, corriander leaves,pudina powder, ginger chilly paste.
- Now add garam masala, pepper powder,salt,some roughly chopped corns,lemon juice.
- Crush bread slices with hands and add to the mixture and mix well. Keep it in fridge for 10min.
- Now make kabab shapes. Heat oil in kadai and deep fry kababs.
- Serve hot kababs with mint chutney and sauce.
