- Dissolve red food coloring and rice flour in a little water.
- Draw a sakura flower and 2 petals.
- (A petal of Sakura has a heart shape. Its flower has 5 petals)
- Do the same and make 5 Manju.
- Put them in a steamer and spray water over them.
- Then cool them with a cotton clothes cover not to get dry.
