- Take 3-4 Brown or White bread slices
- Prepare 5-6 tsp Normal Milk
- Take 1/3 tsp Desi Ghee

- Get as required Oil for frying
- Prepare For Sugar Syrup-
- Prepare 1/2 cup sugar
- Get 1/4 cup water
- Take 1-2 Cardamom pieces
Steps to make Bread Syrup Sweet:
- Take 3-4 slices of bread & cut roughly,then grind them in grinder.
- Now make a perfect dough of it by adding milk in it, little by little & now grease your hands & take small proportion of it & make small balls of it & press them to make flat.(Note that there should be no cracks.)
- Now take a pan & make a sugar syrup by adding water,sugar & cardamom powder in it & boil it until it becomes some what thick.
- Take a non-stick pan,add cooking oil & heat it.Then fry bread tikki from both sides until these become golden brown.
- Put these in sugar syrup for some time for perfect soaking of sugar syrup.
- Now put out these after some time & garnish them with chopped almonds.It is ready for serving
