- Jhag nekal kar sare sabit garam masale add krein sath hi salt, ginger garlic paste, aur 4 onion moti moti kat kar add kar dein aur 2 hour ke liye cover kar ke slow flame par pakain 90% raan gal jaye aur yakhni bhi reh jaye chawal ke liye
- Ab flame off kar ke raan nikal lein aur yakhni ko chan lein aur side kar dein
- Aub 1 cup yakhni lein aur us main 1 tsp zarde ka rang dal dein ek oven dish main raan ko rakhein aur ye color wali yakhni raan par dal dein take tandoori color a jaye aur foil paper sy cover kar dein
- Preheat oven main ye raan 1 hour ke liye 180 par rakh dein
