- Prepare 1/2 kg taro root/arbi
- Get 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds

Steps to make Fried arbi:

- Put sliced taro root in it and mix well.
- Cover with lid and cook it for 10 mins. Then remove lid and add chopped onions to it and mix well.
- Cook it for another 10 mins on medium low flame till it roasted to crisp.
- Serve hot with roti or naan.
Now add fried arbi to the above and stir fry on sim flame. Add salt, coriander powder and mango powder to the arbi and mix well. Fried Arbi is ready to serve. Prepare the tempting fried arbi with chopped colocasia or arbi and enjoy with roti or as a starter. The spiced arbi are fried and then served crispy hot.
