- put oil into a large coking bowl, let it heat and the spices
- add the water in the bowl
- while getting. ready to boil add the tomato paste, and peel the ingredients
- add all the vegetables in
- in another bowl, add the flour
- add some salted water to the flour .. about 3 tblsp
- shape the pasta, we usually cut it and make tiny longitudinal shapes with it
- now look at your vegetable bowl… it's boiling! so add you pasta
- let everything cook for about 15 minutes
- serve and enjoy
