- Heat a wok. Add oil in it. Once oil is heated add cumin seeds and asafoetida in it.
- When cumin seeds starts spluttering add tomato and green chilli in it.
- When tomato becomes soft and mushy add all the spices and mix properly.
- When spices starts leaving oil add boiled taro roots and mix it well.
- Add salt and water and mix it well.
- Squeeze juice of lemon and mix it. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- After 3 minutes turn off the flame. Your yummy taro roots Curry is ready to eat.
