  5. Get 100 grams Bunapi (White Beech) mushrooms
  6. Make ready 50 ml Vegetable oil (or olive oil)
  7. Get 1/2 tsp Salt

Trim stems from cremini (break apart oyster mushroom clusters, if using). Put mushrooms in a medium bowl, and set aside. Marinated mushrooms are the perfect snack, appetizer or pantry staple!
