Instructions to make (Basic) Nasi Lemak (White Rice With Coconut Milk):
  1. Wash and soak white rice in a bowl with some water for 10-15 minutes. Strain them out and place into a rice cooker
  2. Add in all ingredients except the butter
  3. Let them cook for about 3-5 minutes then add in the butter and stir well to mix all of them then let the automated tool to do the rest
  4. Usually the rice would be cooked for 15-20 minutes but no worries when cooking them with a rice cooker. However, once the rice cooker indicate its done, turn the rice cooker off after 5 minutes so the bottom wont burn
  5. Serve while hot with some Red Hot & Spicy Condiment (May try my own RH&Spicy Condiment recipe - Can be found in my profile) EnJoY…!
  6. Can be served during dinner or on any occasion
  7. Tips: Usually served with slices of cucumber to cool down the spicy feeling.. ;D
