- First of all, refrigerate the cream overnight. take it out and cut the tetra pack from bottom. Separate the thin cream from the thick cream. Take thick cream in a bowl.
- Now take another bowl, pour water and ice cubes in it. Ready the ice bath. Put the bowl which has cream in it on the ice bath and start whisking. When it raises double in size add powdered sugar to it and start whisking again. U will reach to soft peaks. It will take 20 to 25 minutes. U can use electric beater too. It will be an easy option. Now add condensed milk to it.
- Take 2 packets of oreo biscuits. Separate the cream from each biscuit and crush the biscuits in powdered form. Melt the white cream of the biscuits.
- Now add the crushed biscuits and white cream of it to the cream and mix well. Place 1 remaining packet of oreo biscuits in bowl and pour the creamy mixture on it. Put it in freezer and freeze it atleast for 4 hours. Enjoy the crunchy cool dessert.
