- Slice your carrot boil together with peas…..drain water and set a side…..in a frying pan fry onion with little oil, add your boiled peas, salt, tumeric and paprika
- Stir let them cook for 2mins then set a side…..ina a bowl measure your flour add a little salt…..knead with Luke warm water using your hands
- When done kneading let it rest for about 10mins….divide the dough into small portions…..take one portion make it circular and apply oil generously
- Add on top another portion to make it two stuck together…. Now roll them together to thin….put in a heated pan pre-cook both sides
- Remove the from each other while hot…..repeat the same process with the other dough when done….cut off the sides…..then cut them into 4pieces
- Make a paste using flour and water for closing the pockets…….fold the pockets and add in the peas filling
- Ready!…..heat up oil till hot and deep fry till golden brown….now serve with your favourite drink…..yum! Yum!
