Cook for 2 minutes. Sprinkle few drops of cooking Oil around uttapam.
  6. Flip the side and cook from the other side also for 2 minutes.
  7. Flip the side again and cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Like wise make all the uttapam. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
