- Boil the noodles by adding some salt *(don't add flavor sachet while boiling). Chop the vegetables.
- In a bowl add the eggs, flavour sachet, salt,coriander leaves, black pepper powder and whisk it properly. Then add boiled maggi to it and mix.
- Heat nonstick tawa or pan,add oil and chopped veggies, saute it add salt,turmeric and chilli powder and saute for 2minutes. Do not overcook.
- Spread the vegetables evenly and add egg and noodles mixture upon it.Sprinkle the cheese. Cover and cook for 3 minutes. This quick and tasty omlette is ready to be served.
