  16. Make ready 5-6 Green+Red Chillies
  17. Prepare 1/2 tsp Zeera

  3. Chany ki daal ko 1/2 hr bhigo ky boil krlain.lal mirch,salt,haldi ko 1/2 cup water mein soak krdain
  4. Oil garam kar ky slice piyaz ko golden krlain.ginger garlic paste shredded mutton add kar ky fry krain.
  5. Spice blend ko gosht mi add kar ky masala bhonain achi tarha.
  6. Jab masala bhun jye tu tamam daalain +dalia add krdain.mix krain.2 cup pani add krdain, medium-high flame py aik boil ajye tu flame medium krdain aur pkny dain.thori thori tym sy spoon chalaty rahain so that neechay na lagy.
  7. Dalia aur daalain soft hojain tu mixture ko ghotain.(I dnt use blender or beater but if you like you can use it)
  8. Bhagar ready krain.oil mi slice piyaz ko golden krlain,green+red chillies aur zeera add krdain.garambhagar dalia py pour krain
  9. Chop fresh haradhania,gingerJulienne,lemon wedges aur chaat masala sy garnish krain.garma garamlaziz dalia serve krain.
