Moreover, always grease the pan, whether with oil or butter, just a small amount would do, otherwise it will stick to the pan big time.

- Prepare 3 eggs
- Get 1/4 cup fresh chopped spinich
- Prepare 1/3 small diced tomato

To start, heat oil over medium-high heat, and cook chopped shallot until it becomes translucent and fragrant. Once cooked, put the onion in a blender with medium tofu, nutritional yeast, olive or avocado oil, garlic powder, turmeric. Our easy vegetarian omelet features colorful peppers, but lends itself to a multitude of variations: it is up to you to choose additional vegetables to include in the omelet, or perhaps cheese. Prepare your omelette by adding soy milk to a jug and then adding in the nutritional yeast, turmeric, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black salt and dijon mustard and then whisking into a sauce. Weigh out your chickpea flour and then add it into the jug and whisk it in with the soy milk and spices until very well mixed. If you have a non-stick pan, use it. Add bell pepper, onion and mushrooms to oil.
