- Prepare 2 medium onions (chopped and washed)
- Get 1 medium tomato
- Take 1 tablespoon oil
- Prepare 1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds
- Take 1 green chilli
- Get 1/2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- Prepare 2-3 tablespoons malai
Pyaaz Shimla Mirch Sabji is a unique combination of besan, malai, and veggies. The onions add a hint of sweetness to the gravy, thus making it a complete package by itself for lunch or dinner. The twist of malai and besan enhance its taste and texture. Then cover and cook until it turns translucent on a low flame.
Instructions to make Onion malai sabji:
- Take a pan, add oil..heat oil and add cumin seeds and chopped green chilli and ginger garlic paste.
- Now cook it for a minute and then add chopped onion.
- Cook it until it is nearly done and then add tomato paste into it.
- Now cook it for 2-3 minutes and then add malai into it and cook at low flame for 1 minute.
- At the end add Kasuri methi and switch off the flame. Now it is ready to serve
Then add tomato puree and cook it on a high flame for couple of minutes. No Onion Garlic Tinda Sabji Malai tinda is a very delicious silky smooth gravy sabji. Method (How to make malai pyaz ki sabji) Heat oil in a pan, Add cumin seeds in hot oil let them crackle. Add the Crushed Black cardamom, and add turmeric powder, chopped green chilies, coriander powder in pan. Cook for one more minute and add chopped onions.
