Heat oil in a sauce pan. Let it cook till it turns white. Szechuan Hot and Sour Soup is a weakness of mine, mostly because of the of the sour part. I've had a few of them at Chinese buffets here stateside but for some reason, they are just not as sour as they're supposed to be.

  9. Remove the veggies and discard
  10. Heat the oil
  11. Add garlic and Ginger soty
  12. Add carrot one minute soty
  13. Add spring onion and cabbage
  14. Mix very well
  15. Add mashroom and chicken
  16. Then add chicken stock and black pepper
  17. Add sugar and salt
  18. Add soya suace and vinegar
  19. Hot sauce
  20. Mix and boiled
  21. Then add egg
  22. Add cron flour and boil 3 min
  23. Soup are ready to eat serve hot
