- Get 2 Eggs
- Make ready Salt to tast
- Take 1 tsp Black pepper
Heat oil in a sauce pan. Let it cook till it turns white. Szechuan Hot and Sour Soup is a weakness of mine, mostly because of the of the sour part. I've had a few of them at Chinese buffets here stateside but for some reason, they are just not as sour as they're supposed to be.

- 1/2 kg chicken in pan
- Add carrot
- Add onion
- Add garlic and Ginger
- Green coriander
- Add 1:1/2 liter water
- Boil it for half an hour
- Remove the chicken in water
- Remove the veggies and discard
- Heat the oil
- Add garlic and Ginger soty
- Add carrot one minute soty
- Add spring onion and cabbage
- Mix very well
- Add mashroom and chicken
- Then add chicken stock and black pepper
- Add sugar and salt
- Add soya suace and vinegar
- Hot sauce
- Mix and boiled
- Then add egg
- Add cron flour and boil 3 min
- Soup are ready to eat serve hot
