Steps to make Cabbage sabji:
- Wash chopped cabbage and keep it aside. Cut one potato into small pieces keep it in water, chopped tomatoes and keep it aside. Chopped finely onion.
- Keep one kadhai on flame add oil add mustard seeds add chopped green chillies and chopped onion roast little add garlic, grated ginger and turmeric powder red chilli powder and dry coriander and cumin powder add potato pieces and mix altogether. Now add chopped cabbage little salt mix well cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. Now open lid and add tomatoes mix all. Cover again and cook for 5 to 7 minute more sprinkle chopped coriander leaves. Tasty sabji is ready.
