I have been grew up eating this, as my mom makes this once in a week. They call it Red Cabbage Sabzi, where a sabzi is a vegetable and spice dish.   3. Mix it all well add 1/4 cup water. Close the lid. Put water on the lid. Get sabji cook for 10-15 mins. Open the lid and check it that sabji get cooked properly if not close them again and let get cooked for 5 more mins.
  4. Once the Veggies get cooked add salt, red chilli powder, sabji masala and sugar.
  5. Mix it all well and let it cook for 2 more min. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve with rotis or Parathas.
