Steps to make Lobia sabji:
  1. Soak the beans/lobia overnight. Next day pressure cooker for 3-5 whistles.
  2. Take onions, garlic, ginger, grated coconut, green chillies and make a fine paste. Now heat oil in a kadhai, add the paste, saute till golden brown.
  3. Now add all the spices, curd and mix well. Add water as reqd. Add the beans. Bring to a boil on high flame. Now keep it on simmer till it's done. Serve hot with rice, paratha garnished as shown in pic.
