- Boil the imli/tamarind + jaggery
- Then strain it
- Take half spoon of ghee on a pan heat it and then add crushed blackpepper + imli+Jaggey mixture

- Now add all remains ingredients of Katha meetha Paani. I.e - black salt+ roasted jeera / cumin powder+ hing /asafoetida + mint leaves paste + 1litre of chiller water
