  1. Grind bhagar in grinder roughly.
  2. Take a pan add ghee and bhagar and stir it continuously in slow flame for about 10 min.
  3. Add water and let it cook for 5-8min. Add milk and cook for another 5 min.
  4. After bhagar has cooked well, add sugar and mix well then add some dry fruits cardamom powder.
  5. Take hot milk add kesar and dissolve kesar in milk.
  6. Add kesar milk to bhagar and mix well.
