  2. Now heat a pan roast the mixture for couple of a minute and water in it when the mixture absorb water completely add salt, ginger chili paste And black pepper powder.

  4. When mixture is completely Cook and leave the pan take out it in a plate and leave it for let it cool after 20 to 25 minutes mixture was cool completely.
  5. When mixture in process take curd and add sugar in curd and beat it well and kept in a freaze for better taste.
  6. Now Grease your hand with oil and make small round balls or tikki shape whatever you want and fry it on High flame.
  7. When you want to serve the dahi bhalla soak it in water BEFORE 5 minutes.
  8. Assemble vada in a bowl apply curd on vada, Mithi chutney for Mithi chutney.
  9. And sprinkle some roasted cumin powder And serve it and enjoy in your fast.
