Add the green chillies, cumin seeds, coconut, salt and ½ cup of water and mix well. Grease a non-stick mini uttapa pan with a little oil. The preparation of farali pattice is quite similar to the North Indian aloo tikki, except for the taste. Both of them have a center filling and an outer potato covering.

Instructions to make Farali mini uttapam:
  1. Wash the sabudana and sama. And soak it for 3-4 hours at least
  2. Drain all the water and add chilli, ginger and curd and blend it in a mixture to a fine paste and let it rest for 10 mins.
  3. Now add salt and eno to the batter.
  4. Now heat the tawa and grease it with ghee or oil and pour the batter on the tawa, then add chopped tomatoes and capsicum on the uttapam.
  5. Then flip it and cook it on both sides with ghee till little crispy.
  6. The farali uttapam is ready. Serve hot.
